The Nasher Sculpture Center ('NSC') values the privacy of our users, members,
and others who visit and use

NSC Website') (collectively or individually 'Users').
This privacy policy (the '
Privacy Policy') governs information you provide to us
or that we learn from your use of the NSC Website and tells you how we may collect,

The Information NSC Collects
The NSC Website will only collect personal information that you knowingly and voluntarily
provide through, for example, an email, a form, or a survey, or by making a donation
or a purchase. We will contact you accordingly if you submitted an inquiry, a request,
or an order. We may also contact you with information about upcoming NSC activities
and programs.
Memberships and Donations
The NSC does not sell or rent the names
and addresses of its Members to any for-profit company or organization. The NSC
does, from time to time, share the names and addresses of its Members with other
not-for-profit charitable arts and cultural organizations for the purpose of promoting
programs, events, exhibitions, or membership. If you prefer to have your name removed

or aggregate customer geographical data with collaborating entities or other third

When you purchase a NSC membership or make a donation to the NSC online,
you will be asked to provide the information necessary to process a membership and/or
acknowledge your contribution. Credit card information is secure and encrypted.
The NSC does not keep your credit card number on file.
The NSC may use your mailing
address to send you event brochures and other NSC-related materials. The NSC may
use your email address to send you updated information about the NSC via our email
newsletter and other materials. If you do not wish to receive email communication

Information Collected
and Stored Automatically
If you visit the NSC Website, we automatically gather and
store the following information so that we can track the use of our website in order
to make improvements. This information is stored and used in the aggregate only,
and is not used to contact you personally:
- The date and time of your visit
- What pages, files, documents, and links that you went to on our site
- The Internet address of the website you had been to before you came to us
- The type of browser you are using (for example, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- Your operating system (for example, Apple Macintosh, Windows, etc.)
- The name of the provider from which you access the Internet (for example, Road Runner, Verizon, etc.)
Cookies
In addition
to information collected automatically, we use cookies, which are small pieces of
information sent to your browser by a website that you visit. The cookies do not
collect personally identifiable information. Cookies are used to track usage patterns,
traffic trends, and customer behavior, as well as to record other information from
the NSC Website. When you register on the NSC Website (e.g., the NSC Store), cookies
also allow us to save information so that you will not have to re-enter it the next
time you visit. Many content adjustments and customer service improvements are made
based on the data derived from cookies. The NSC website uses a third-party vendor,
Google Analytics, to place cookies and analyze the information collected by cookies
in order to make the website more interesting and useful to you. Information that
we collect from cookies will not be used to create profiles of individual users
and only will be used in aggregate form.

Security
The NSC
is committed to ensuring that its IT systems, applications, and information technology
infrastructure are secure. The NSC requires credit card processing be secured based
on compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. When you use your credit
card for any purchase on the NSC Website, that transaction is always encrypted when
traveling over the Internet.
Unauthorized access and/or unauthorized attempts to
change information on this website are strictly prohibited and punishable under
the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure
Protection Act.
No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be
100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information
you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission,
we make reasonable efforts to ensure security on our systems. We employ encryption
and firewalls to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure,
alteration, or destruction via the Internet. However, please note that this is not
a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed
by breach of such firewalls and secure server software.
If NSC learns of a security
systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can
take appropriate protective steps. By using the NSC Website or providing personal
information to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding
security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the NSC Website.
NSC may post a notice on the NSC Website if a security breach occurs. NSC may also
send an email to you at the email address you have provided to us in these circumstances.
Linking
Within the NSC Website there are links and widgets to non-NSC websites (e.g.,
Facebook, Twitter, Nasher Sculpture Center Store, online tickets, etc.). These sites
operate independently of the NSC and have their own privacy policies. When you link
to third-party websites, you leave the NSC Website and no longer will be subject
to the NSC privacy and security policies. The NSC is not responsible for the privacy
or security practices nor the content of non-NSC websites, and such links are not
intended to be an endorsement of any non-NSC website or its content.
Children Twelve and Under
The NSC does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information
from any children under age 13 except in connection with certain features and programs
which are identified on the NSC Website as collecting such information. Personally
identifiable information collected from children by NSC (i) is not disclosed to
third parties, (ii) is only used for the purposes of providing the applicable feature
or program, and (iii) is not retained longer than necessary to provide the applicable
